The typical way of looking at goals and making a rigid schedule has never worked for me and ends up leaving me disappointed.
I wanted to create a more valuable tool that could track my insights and ideas about making things easier, and to help me focus on what’s important.
I came up with the Simplify Your Success system and used it along with a couple of clients for 6 months to see if it could make a difference in how we accomplished our goals and viewed our most important asset – time.
The answer is yes!
- I feel more positive. I am able to keep focused on what I want rather than feeling controlled by a long to do list.
- I am making more conscious choices of how I want to spend my time and eliminating the things that drain my time and energy.
- I am paying more attention to my intuition and making things easier.
I found I needed a weekly reminder or I would forget to keep track of the seemingly small changes and insights that add up to big changes in a six month period.
By taking a little time to answer a few questions at the end of each week, and setting my intention for the next week, I started to pay more attention to the things I wanted.
This system is helping me make more time for creating, playing and relaxing, and spending time with my family and friends.
