HI, Sally!
I wanted to drop you a note to tell you how much I thoroughly enjoyed your
daily gratitude notes. I really miss them now that the 31 days are
done! I have every intention of keeping up my journal, thank you for
putting me in touch with the things in my life that truly matter. Kind
regards, Kim McCool Porcelain Artist
Sally, the gratitude reminder has made a difference to me. I had gotten out of the habit of consciously giving thanks each day and writing my 5 things down. The physical act of putting pen to paper makes the process more ritualistic and effective for me. Thanks for the nudge I needed and know that the final reminder is now taped to my keyboard so it will be the first thing I do each day. Peace, Deb
When I
opened my email in the mornings, your Gratitude Journal was the
first thing I'd look for. I really believe that we need to make a
concious decision, every single day, to be happy. It's so much easier to
bring the best out in other people, when you're grateful for your own life
and all it's blessings. I surround
myself with positive people and productive thoughts. Remembering to be
grateful is one of the most important elements in my overall
happiness. Thank you for sharing some of those thought in your Graditude
Journal reminders. I have subscribed to your ezine and I look forward to
exploring it's contents. Beth
